Alissa Schwartz, Principal of Solid Fire Consulting, has worked and been in community with Orchard Hill folks for fifteen years. Her individual coaching, team development, culture building, and strategy work support us in our journey. Alissa also pinch-hits for Eleanor, as needed, delivering Orchard Hill Breadworks goods around southern New Hampshire and Vermont, a favorite job for this New Yorker! Alissa has created and performed at Orchard Hill, including Bread & Bread in 2022 and as the Swamp Mistress in 2023.
